Poppy Cottage offers a range of packages to ensure Service User’s care and support needs are always met.
Our aim is to deliver a service of the highest quality that will improve and sustain the individual’s quality of life and promote their independence. We ensure that care and support is delivered flexibly, attentively and in a non discriminatory fashion whilst respecting each service users right to independence, privacy, dignity and their right to make informed choices about the support they receive.
